WIRE LINE SERVICES

Uni-Arab has a fleet of custom-designed desert trucks and skid-mounted wire line units suitable for local needs. These units can be equipped within up to 28,000 feet of single conductor 5/16" wire line.  In selected areas, high-temperature Teflon line, rated to 550oF (288oC) is offered.  Lines rated up to 600oF (316oC) can also be made available.
The technicians who run these units are specialists in steering tools and surface recording system operations. The electrical characteristics of the cable are carefully matched to the requirements of these tools.

COMPUTER SERVICES

From pre-spud well bore profile planning composite completion reporting, Uni-Arab has a full range of computer programs and services, each designed to increase the accuracy and safety of your directional drilling program.

DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

Uni-Arab's complete directional drilling package provides you with the experienced supervisors, computer-aided planning facilities and wide range of down hole tools that are needed to ensure accurate directional operations in today's complex multi-well drilling situations.

Our directional drilling team has extensive experience in planning well proposals and bottom hole assemblies in the most difficult conditions.

Whether the client requires a short straight-hole sidetrack or a complete package on a 96-well platform,  UNI-ARAB employees have hands-on knowledge to optimize your program.  Since we are not limited to certain types of down hole tools, we can give you the equipment flexibility you need.

UNI-ARAB recommends the best tools for the job whether it's a choice between a positive displacement mud motor or a turbine, welded blade or sleeve-type stabilizer.  We meet all requirements and tailor them to individual needs.

We are able to provide consultation at the initial stages of planning a field development, and with the use of computers, optimize the placement of targets, drilling sequences and slot-to-target allocations.

If changes are required either at the initial planning stage or during drilling-out of the platform, these can be made quickly and easily on the computer drawing out maps as required.  The same directional drilling supervisors are also on board the rig at all times during drilling to oversee all aspects of the operation.
